Guess I'm the first one to post on this subject. But maybe someone has struggled with panic attacks. I know what they are like. I have had them also. I got rid of mine by taking vitamins. I think the B vitamins helped me the best. I also stopped eating or drinking anything with caffine in it. I just want to encourage anyone with these, that you can overcome them. I'm not a doctor but this really did help me. I feel sorry for anyone who has them. They are so miserable!

Thanks jodot for sharing your experience with us, It seems you took some really positive steps to help with your panic attacks, I have had them before but not severe like some people can do. Still is wasn't nice.
I drink so much coffee So will seriously think about cutting as it really can't be doing me much good!! Take care xxx

That's great, thanks for the advice. I have seen people suffer with panic attacks, and yes you are right, they are not very nice. I'm grateful I haven't suffered with them.
Thanks for the tips, hope that they work for someone else too. _________________ Many Hugs & Blessings,

| Other problems with anxiety that people are facing is dental anxieties. In any issues regarding anxieties, I think its best that you can talk to someone and seek help. It will definitely help! |

Oh yes, I know what you mean! I have a gap between my front two teeth so I never smile with my mouth open! I hope to fix it someday.
