Hey guys, I wanted to talk about Superstition. I have always been very superstitious. I really don't know why. If I have a bad thought I will often look for wood to knock on. I don't like to walk under ladders and if someone says something bad in a joke I always ask them to take it back and tell them not to tempt fate.
I know this is silly but its the way I have always been. When I was out with a friend when I was little she told me if you tread on a drain cover you need to say "Cancel" or something bad will happen...and I was so young at the time it stuck with me, you can still hear me when im walking saying "Cancel Cancel" I know it sounds silly and I shouldn't do it but I just have too!
I wanted to share this with you as I am sure I am not the only one that feels this way about things? I wouldn't say its a problem as its not out of control and it doesnt upset my life in any way but it would be interesting to know what you all think.
So hope to hear from you soon! xxx

I so know how you feel! Superstitons are fun but can be bad. I have a family member who wrote a book and there was a section in it about superstitons. Here are some I really like!
The dead walk on Halloween night. Therefore, if you hear footsteps following you, you must not look around for if you see the walking dead you will die too.
a broom falling to the floor is a sign of death.
It is very bad luck to spill salt. If spilled, a pinch of it must be thrown over the left shoulder three times, which is the direction of the evil spirt.
Satan was thought to take the form of a black cat. A black cat crossing your path is bad luck.
a rabbit's foot is only lucky if it came from a white rabbit shot at midnight in a cemetary on Halloween.
Horses, dogs, and cats can detect if a ghost is near.
It is bad luck to walk under a ladder. TO counteract this bad luck, you can keep your fingers crossed while walking under the ladder, or spit over your left shoulder. _________________ I wanna wear my hair up in a mess

I am mildly superstitious. If I am walking for a while, I make sure that I step over the cracks with te right foot. And I never pick up coins that are face down. I throw salt over my shoulder if I spill salt (one day at the cafe, we all kept on spilling salt, it ended up a salt war)
Those are really awesome superstitions!
