-no idea for a subjesct-Things to know about going through, parents going through, knowing some who is going through, yeah ect. divorce.
1. Talk to your kids about it. Dont tell them how much you hate daddy/mommy - no complaining about them.
2. If you know someone whose going through a divorce, give them a hug. Let them talk about it , but dont be nosy. It may go on and on but put up with it. This is a hard time for them.
3. TALK ABOUT IT!!! Tell your parents you are really mad at them for divorcing. Tell your girlfriends abut the divorce, sigh and think about the future. Tell your buddies about how you feel.
4. Dont regret too much. Feel sad that it didnt work out but if you feel remorseful for long it'll take a while to get over.
Thats really the basics of how to feel better and I wish someone had told me this.

It's never too lateThank you Maria....I'm sorry you never got told those things, but just think of how many people you will be helping, from what you have learn't.
I haven't gone through a divorce, but i know family members that have.i can understand how difficult it is, and has been for you.
I agree, it's so wrong to say bad things about either parent to the kids. I think sometimes parents use the kids as pawns in an emotional struggle, and forget exactly how much it's hurting the kids too.
I do believe everything happens for a reason, you cant always see the reason at the time, but oneday.
Thanks for the advice & I'm sending you hugs
