The attention span of a goldfish.

I have the attention span of a goldfish. I find it incredibly hard to pay attention to anything not intresting me.Such as math and science. I am doing not so well in those classes because they I cannot concentrate on them and instead design endless dresses and doodle endless cartoons and caricatures of teachers.

Any tips on how to help me concentrate?

hey Maria, Im sorry to hear you feel like this in your lessons but your not alone there, many people are the same and I myself remember being this way, You find it hard to focus especially if you talent lies else where such as in design etc.
I know its hard and maybe you have other things on your mind too, try not to be hard on yourself is there anyone at school you can talk to who may feel the same? share tips on what they do to concentrate? doodle away in your free time, maybe dont allow yourself the spare paper to allow you to doodle in classes, but I guess you are still paying attention as you doodle more gets in then you realize maybe this is your escapism from the lesson you cannot settle in.
Hope you will be ok and find ways to focus and hope you find someone to talk to in class that maybe feels the same and you can use that to support eachother
