Hello everyone, my aunt who is 30 years old would like to have a child but is not being able to conceive. They dont know from whom the problem comes, whether from her or him. They would like to follow a treatment in a specialized clinic, to know where the problem comes from and how it can be solved. I have read this on the internet:
| Quote: | Facilities & Services
In-vitro fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
Laser Assisted Hatching
Blastocyst transfer
Cryopreversation of sperm
Cryopreversation of embryos
Donor oocyte/donor embryo program
Isolation of sperm from testicular biopsy (TESA)
Percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration (PESA)
Detailed Semen analysis
Sperm preparation for intra-uterine insemination
Intra-uterine insemination (IUI)
Treatment of ovulation disorders, hirsuitism, premature menopause
Endoscopic and surgical management of infertility
Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis from clevage-stage embryos by fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH)
Psychiatric Counseling |

Well, I dont really understand what all these mean but I think that they can surely treat people who have problem in conceiving. Do you think that it can be a good initiative for them to go there? I am thinking about talking about this to them, am I doing right?I am very close to her and she means a lot to me, she's like a second mum...

hi sonia sorry for the late reply, How long has your aunt been trying for a baby? I know sometimes it can take longer then we think my friend was trying for a baby for two years then suddenly it happened.
I understand your concern for your auntie and I am sure she would appreciate it if you spoke to her about the ideas you have and I am sure she will be happy you are trying to help her .
I am not sure where you live but here in the UK our doctors can do tests, could your aunt and her partner talk to their doctor about this? maybe he/she could give them advice for the best way forward, I can imagine it is hard for both of them but it could be that both of them are OK but that it just hasn't worked out right yet, Maybe it would be worth your aunt trying to work out her most fertile time if she hasn't already? A doctor can also help with this.

Hii Kaytee, thanks for your concern and sorry if I am replying late, well, first of all, thanks for the link. I think that it will not only help those who wants to fall pregnant but also those who do not want to fall pregnant now.
I am here to give you a good news, my auntie and uncle have together gone to a specialised clinic and they are doing tests to know if there is any problem.
I haven't got any news from her but as soon as I get some more information, I'll let you know, I am hoping that everything goes on well for her...and that she quickly fall pregnant... _________________
