Hi, It sounds to me like you are feeling quite angry at the moment and if you have always been ok in the past this may seem strange to you, but you need to know that this isn't a bad thing it doesnt make you strange or abnormal it can just be a number of things that a making you feel not as calm as you maybe once were.
Firstly I know many people who can get very mad and shout at computer games! My fiance is the most calm person I have ever known and even he can be known to swear at his game Skate at times (I keep out his way lol)
But seriously maybe there is somethings going on in your life right now that are making you feel a bit more under pressure then normal so that things seem to get to you more.
When you are playing your game take time out. Play for a while and have breaks at least every hour. If you find you are feeling stressed with it walk away from it, Do something for ten minutes or so to calm yourself down, then return to it. I have found then I always complete the level once I have given myself this time away from the game!
I know how you feel I have been known to SCREAM at the PlayStation in the past hehe. But when I do what I told you to Its much better for me.
Do not be ashamed. I am currently having anger management. I have met many people with this problem. We all have anger issues whether it be a mild or strong thing its nice to know you are not alone there are many of us out there!.
Ill add some techniques as I learn them throughout my course maybe it may help you and others?
Hope I have helped a little please come post again whenever you need to. Take care xxx _________________ Thank you for joining us. Please remember we are not doctors or trained in anyway, but we are here as we want to help. We do not judge and we are here for you anytime.

I know what you mean. I am on such a short fuse sometimes and I get so mad at everything else that ONE THING sets me off. It is really hard to control. Like, everything just builds up and I want to scream and cry and smash stuff. Unfortuantley sometimes I do do all that. I have broken doors and stuff.
I sugest you shut down your computer really fast. I listen to punk because it is fast and angry. I turn it up and shout along. If you can get your anger out on something that might help. Like punch a stuffed animal you don't like. Or just some paper to rip/scribble on. Just don't try to keep it inside. That will not help at all.
